We are receiving reports of an issue with Clover in at least one region. The device is connecting fine, but not accepting any cards. We have filed this with Clover and are investigating on our side as well.

Clover is telling us that the issue is resolved. Please let us know if you are still having issues so we can update our tickets and reports. We'll leave this open pending more information or until we have additional confirmations.
We are upgrading this to a major nationwide Clover outage - we are not receiving errors on the WPS end, but stores in multiple regions are reporting that the Clover machines are having trouble taking cards.
We are receiving reports from that same region that Clover is failing cards again. We have updated our report and are monitoring.
The issue appears to have resolved while we were communicating with the upstream provider and filing the issue. We will continue to monitor and have left the tickets open upstream as well.
