WPS is experiencing an issue that is affecting all of our customers. This issue is the top priority at the moment, will let you know when it is resolved.
The system is fully operational and we are processing transactions as normal. There will be an RCA email sent out early next week. We will continue to monitor. If you have any further issues, please follow your normal escalation procedures.
The issue with the WPS AWS Proxy has been identified and a fix has been deployed to that infrastructure. We are seeing recovery across multiple clusters. We are monitoring those systems closely. We will update again within the next 15 minutes.
