We are currently tracking an issue with Clover/FiServ connections. We reported it about 10 minutes ago, and it just hit their status page. It started spotty and has increased in frequency. We will update through our status page as we have more information.
Error levels have returned to normal and Clover is also reporting this as resolved. If you have further issues, please contact support through your normal channels.
The latest update from Clover/FiServ indicates that their remote management systems should be back up. You may be seeing transactions process at this time. We are not seeing full recovery, but will continue to monitor and update as we receive more information.
Please note that the symptoms of this issue appear to be evolving. The symptoms include everything from timeouts at the Clover devices to successful (appearing) transactions that then seem to void themselves. Please check status.clover.com for latest information.
