Clover/Fiserv (3rd Party System) Clover Choice Unavailable

We are investigating an error being returned by the Clover servers when we attempt to communicate with the WPS Clover Choice application. It is spotty and some schools appear to be having more failures than others (up to an approaching 100% at at least one school.) We are communicating with Clover/Fiserv about the issue since the error is coming from their server cluster.

  • We are seeing restoration of full operation, but it does appear that devices that are still impacted must be rebooted in order to recover. Please let us know if there are continuing issues via standard escalation methods.

  • Clover Developer Relations have been in contact about a fix to Clover REST Pay (which WPS uses to communicate with the Clover servers). We are working with stores to see if that has resolved the issue in those locations.
