Clover had identified the issue they are tracking on status.clover.com We are awaiting an update from them.

Both Clover and customers have told us that normal flow is restored that the system is operating normally. If you are still seeing issues or they return, please follow standard support procedures.

Clover has notified us that the issues with Cloud Pay Display are resolved. They are monitoring, We will continue to monitor.
