We are seeing performance issues with some Clover transactions. We have not received reports of an outage (partial or complete), but we are monitoring.

Campuses are reporting resolution, so we are marking the issue as resolved. Please follow your standard reporting and escalation procedures if there are further issues.

Clover reports that the issue is resolved. We are not seeing continued performance issues or timeouts issues. If you are seeing issues, please contact WPS support.

We are now receiving limited reports of Clover failures in some regions. Clover has acknowledged the issue and is investigating.
