Clover's systems are not responding to a large percentage of our requests. Please see https://status.clover.com/ for updates.

We have been notified by Clover that the issue is fully resolved. If you see further issues, please notify support.

It appears that the Clover API is functioning normally, and error rates have dropped into the normal range for Clover communications across the board. We have not received notification from Clover of a permanent fix, though, so we will continue to monitor.

We are seeing at least a partial recovery of the Clover API with a number of successes over the last 5 minutes. We will continue to monitor and provide updates when we receive them from Clover.

Unfortunately, we are now back to seeing all captures failing. We are working with a team at Clover, and hope to have another update soon.

We are beginning to see partial recovery on the Clover side. Not all transactions are going through, but we are seeing a higher number of successes than we have been seeing over the last half hour.

The Clover APIs that allow us to manage transaction data is included in the outage that Clover is reporting as a "customer data" outage. We are expecting an update from Fiserv within the next 15 minutes.
