Clover is notifying clients of a dashboard-only outage. (Updates available on their status page at status.clover.com.) We are receiving reports of timeouts at Clover terminals as well, so we are pushing this notification to our status page. We'll update as we learn more from Clover.
We haven't seen further issues since Clover moved us to the separated cluster.
All WPS Clients are currently running on the new cluster on the Clover side. We will monitor today to make sure that doesn't have any impacts. We expect that this should significantly reduce operational impacts if there are further issues with the Clover dashboard.
Clover has resolved the issues and we are no longer seeing the errors. Additionally, we are working with Clover engineering to move all WPS API clients to a cluster that is isolated from other Clover systems like the dashboard that impacted it today. We'll monitor tonight and tomorrow.
We are seeing elevated error rates connecting to Clover. We are unable to connect to a large percentage of Clover terminals. More updates to come as we hear from Clover.
