We are receiving reports from some schools that Clover is unable to process transactions - the Clover device lights up normally, but every card is rejected as invalid. We have opened a ticket with Clover, and they are investigating. Some schools are still operating normally, and it appears to be geographically isolated at this time.
Clover is reporting that the issue has been resolved. We are seeing transactions flowing on the WPS side as well. If you have further issues, please follow standard support and escalation procedures.
Clover device synchronization is failing. Clover is still working the issue. Since the Cloud Pay functionality in Clover (which WPS relies on) uses the synchronization function, this heavily impacts WPS customers.
