Clover/Fiserv (3rd Party System) Clover transaction issues

We have reports of issues completing Clover transactions at some schools. We have reported this to Clover. We are also checking WPS systems for any related instabilities.

  • Clover transactions have returned to normal.

  • Although we had been notified by Clover that this was resolved, we are again receiving reports of failures. We have contacted Fiserv and are monitoring.

    Clover/Fiserv (3rd Party System) Clover Card Processing issue

    We are receiving reports from some schools that Clover is unable to process transactions - the Clover device lights up normally, but every card is rejected as invalid. We have opened a ticket with Clover, and they are investigating. Some schools are still operating normally, and it appears to be geographically isolated at this time.

  • Clover is reporting that the issue has been resolved. We are seeing transactions flowing on the WPS side as well. If you have further issues, please follow standard support and escalation procedures.

  • Clover device synchronization is failing. Clover is still working the issue. Since the Cloud Pay functionality in Clover (which WPS relies on) uses the synchronization function, this heavily impacts WPS customers.
